For Teagan Frost, sh*t just got real

Teagan Frost is having a hard time keeping it together. Sure, she’s got telekinetic powers – a skill that the government is all too happy to make use of, sending her on secret break-in missions that no ordinary human could carry out. But all she really wants to do is kick back, have a beer and pretend she’s normal for once.

But then a body turns up at the site of her last job – murdered in a way that only someone like Teagan could have pulled off. She’s get twenty-four hours to clear her name. And if she isn’t able to unravel the conspiracy, then the city of Los Angeles may be ripped apart…

Teagan Frost (not her real name) has telekinetic powers, conferred on her by her scientist parents. The government found her, and are exploiting her as a covert operative, with the threat constantly hanging over her that she will become nothing more than a lab rat if she messes up. Then a body is found, killed in a way that only Teagan could do. She’ll be back under the microscope if she can’t clear her name in the next 22 hours, and her team mates don’t seem inclined to help.

Good bonkers fun, as Teagan dashes around Los Angeles, meets up with her low-life contacts, gets tasered, dreams of running her own restaurant, is sleep-deprived, discovers there is another like her, bonds with her team, and comes to understand her powers a little better.

Teagan Frost’s life is finally back on track. Her role working for the government as a telekinetic operative is going well. She might even be on course for convincing her crush to go out with her. But little does she know that the sh*t is about to hit the fan…

A young boy with the ability to cause earthquakes has come to Los Angeles – home to San Andreas, one of the most lethal fault lines in the world. If Teagan can’t stop him, the entire city – and the rest of California – will be wiped off the map.
