Visualising Random Boolean Network Dynamics: effects of perturbations and canalisation.

Abstract:

We have proposed a simple approach to visualising the time behaviour of Random Boolean Networks (RBNs). Here we demonstrate the approach in a variety of cases: examining the effect of state and structure mutations, and examining the effect of canalising functions for K > 2 networks.
