Development of computer assisted toolbox for 2D and 3D image analysis of biological systems. The research includes the analysis of images obtained by a novel volumetric image acquisition technique called optical projection tomography (OPT). The latest research investigates new technology and imaging system to track leaf growth in collaboration with the department of cell developmental biology at the John Innes Centre, Norwich.
