Dear Dimitar, Here are some comments on the ALAMAS CA proposal: 1)Project duration seems a bit long; 3 years may be preferable. We may envision transforming the CA into an NoE in the meantime, and this is something we must indicate in the proposal. In other words, one of the purposes of the CA must be to transform it into an NoE. 2)Budget figure is too low. We should envision more activities, therefore ask for a larger budget. We should have a budget in personnel costs category as well, in order to accomodate any RTD type of work. 3)The proposal should have a workplan defined in terms of workpackages. A workplan with the least number of workpackages may something like the following: WP1-Management WP2-Investigation of research issues in adaptive and learning agent systems (Goal: Come up with project ideas and proposals. Activities (partial): Study visits, workshops. WP3-Coordination and conduct of integration activities WP4-Dissemination If you need help in further defining the proposal in terms of WPs, I may do some work.
