Dear colleagues, here is a draft of a co-ordination action ALAMAS proposal. Suggestions, comments and nearly-ready-to-include paragraphs are welcome. Please send your entry for the table of partners, if not present there yet. For the time being, I have tried to include everyone who has expressed interest in ALAMAS in the list of partners - feedback from you and the EU may still lead to some further adjustments in it.
