Dear Dimitar,
I apologise for my late reply to your request for partner details. This was
due to discussions with colleagues over what to do about this bid. My group
in the department here is currently in state of flux, with the result that I
am very much a "one man band" in this area. In view of this, I am worried
that I may not have the resources to make a useful contribution to the
consortium.
I would like, therefore, to withdraw from the bid but, if possible, remain
on the alad mailing list so that I can track what is going on. I apologise
for the inconvenience this causes you.
Best Regards,
Peter.
