Inadvertent accessories to murder, SG-1 are sentenced to a brutal prison planet. They enlist the aid of a powerful female prisoner to attempt escape, but all is not as it seems.
2.04. The Gamekeeper
In a strange garden, SG-1 are plunged into a VR world where they keep reliving traumatic incidents from their past.
2.05. Need
Jackson discovers the addictive effect of repeated exposure to the Goa'uld healing sarcophagus, whilst his friends rot in a slave mine.
2.06. Thor's Chariot
SG-1 return to Cimmeria, where they accidentally destroyed the planet's defenses [ 1.10. Thor's Hammer ] , to help the natives defend themselves against an attack
2.07. Message in a Bottle
An orb grows spikes, pins O'Neill to the wall, and infects him with an alien virus
2.08. Family
SG-1 go to Chulak to save Teal'c's son Rya'c. But Rya'c betrays them to the Goa'uld.
2.09. Secrets
A reporter threatens to reveal the Stargate project. Jackson's wife has been implanted with a Goa'uld.
2.10. Bane
Teal'c is stung by a giant alien insect, becomes violent, and escapes into an Earth city. He must be found before he causes a plague of the insects on Earth.
2.11. The Tok'Ra (part 1)
Carter is haunted by dreams of the Goa'uld Jolinar which briefly infected her [ 2.02. In the Line of Duty ] . Meanwhile, her father is dying of cancer. SG-1 are captured by the Tok'Ra, a group of Goa'ulds who have a symbiotic relationship with their human hosts, and who are at war with the main Goa'ulds.
2.12. The Tok'Ra (part 2)
Carter's father is implanted with a Tok'Ra. But then their planet is attacked by Goa'uld.
2.13. Spirits
SG-1 are sent to rescue SG-11, and discover they have been abducted by invisible spirits on a mystical Indian world.
2.14. Touchstone
SG-1 are accused of the theft of a climate controlling device. They must discover the missing stone before climate change destroys both the alien planet, and Earth.
2.15. A Matter of Time
A black hole threatens to come through the Stargate and destroy the Earth.
2.16. The Fifth Race
O'Neill looks into an alien viewing device, and is infected with a strange intelligence. He now knows about the mysteries of the Stargate, but the change is killing him.
2.17. Serpent's Song
Apophis, attacked by fellow Goa'uld, attempts a deal with SG-1.
2.18. Holiday
A dying alien swaps bodies with Jackson, and escapes on Earth. Then O'Neill and Teal'c accidentally swap bodies.
2.19. One False Step
SG-1 infects a race of friendly aliens with a strange disease. Has SG-1 accidentally committed genocide?
2.20. Show and Tell
A young boy pleads for help against a race of invisible aliens. But they are already on Earth.
2.21. 1969
A solar flare glitches the gate, and sends SG-1 back to 1969. A young Lieutenant Hammond, and some Woodstock hippies, help them get home.
2.22. Out of Mind
O'Neill awakes from cryosleep to learn it is 79 years in the future. He is questioned about potential allies against the Goa'uld, but then discovers it is a set-up. Carter and Jackson are also being questioned. They escape, but are then captured by Hathor...
