I am a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Computer Science of the University of York, where I research and teach automated and model-driven software engineering. I am also an active Eclipse Foundation committer, leading the development of the open-source Epsilon platform under the Eclipse Modelling project.

Looking for a PhD?

I am recruiting PhD candidates in the fields of automated and model-driven software engineering (scholarships for 2016/17 are available on a competitive basis). If you have strong object-oriented design and development skills and you would like to join a world-class research group, please read on.

Teaching

I am teaching the Service Oriented Architectures (SOAR) and the Mobile Device Application Development (MDAD) modules. I am also teaching a part of the Model Driven Engineering (MODE) module.
